I'm working on a new design. Rob, if you have any ideas on how to make the whole site more manageable, then please tell me .

I think the main requirements are:
1. Homepage content forum linked, so we can post news articles in the forum and they get displayed on the homepage.
2. Integrate all the logins - Currently we have a User DB for each of the following; PostNuke, Gallery, and the forum. I'd like to create a SQL DB to hold usernames and passwords and then the apps call that DB for authentication.
3. Establish a 'graphical theme' for the site. I like this shade of green, I like the logo, and I like the graphic on the front page.

If anyone here is PHP+SQL wiz, please let me know .

Loads of work, so little time..........

The development side isn't my thing ... especially with respect to PHP and SQL. But I have done designs where the homepage integrates fine with forum software like UBB and InfoPOP. I just didn't do the integration. Image

Here's a "green" theme I working on for my own site. Image

But blue is by far the easiest to work with and far more common. Another couple sites/examples I'm working on:

A repeat of a previous post in this thread:

OK, so I had to hack the code a little to reflect how we do things on RS246, so now the required fields are:

email
Name
Occupation
Hobbies
Location
Bio
Type of car
Picture

But what can I do if I do not have a home page or I think that signatures are just wasted electrons on my screen?
