CharlieD has a black saloon on air, and I think he knows Jules too, but he has a different number plate and the last photos I saw of it were with alu window trims but he did say he was changing them to black so I wonder if this is his one?

What tyres on there? Don't look too stretched, most guys I've seen with those wheels had stretched 255 tyres to prevent rubbing.

Thanks buddy. Used to run 255's, but to your point, the stretch was out of control. I now run 275/30's. Looks much better IMO!

Thought as much! Looks fantastic mate, I'm a big fan. I really fancy a set of these wheels one day. I actually quite like the idea of the rim protection lip, but I'd probably plastidip them black and then it should be a fairly easy diy job to take care of any minor grazes.

Any rubbing issues with the 275 tyres?

That's exactly what I've done. Just dipped the protectors black. Win/Win!

Yes I do rub over large dips/bumps, but it's nothing terrible and it's only in the rear. I'm usually the only one in the car so it's quite rare. Front will rub slightly in speed corners but that's it.
