Gloss Black mirror covers

Fitted gloss black covers to my Misano RS4 today. Not 100% sure of them as they are so different to the silver ones.







Now undecided about painting the wheels black instead of titanium. If I did should I go gloss to match the mirrors or as some say on the forum go matt or satin? Also undecided if I should paint all the wheel black or not paint the silver rim around the edge.

Looks good. I think you need to go gloss black on the whole wheel, and loose the chrome rings

Both. They are very expensively finished wheels. Don't ruin them or your car. Keep the OEM look

Only thing I don't like is the shiny gloss mirror attached to a piece of dull matt plastic. Do the factory supplied cars have this gloss as well?

Black mirrors look stunning,
I would leave the wheels in my opinion, I gloss blacked them on my SQ5 , got fed up with them quickly after a couple of stone chips you could see the alloy, they looked stunning for a few months
I ended up getting a full refurb in Anthracite metallic. that looked good

I like them, don't do the wheels gloss black though!

Maybe you could pick up a used set in need of a refurb and try them in satin anthracite or similar as those rotors look to good to paint.

Gloss black wheels look cheap, I think satin black would look good,but I would as mine are

I've got a spare brand new set that I bought off an owner who changed his wheels on his RS5 at delivery but as they retail for over £4k I'm a bit loath to paint them. Decisions!! Riv your car does look good with black wheels and mirrors but is that because the colour of your car suits the black bits?
