Thanks !
The quattro badge is cable tied on, I know its not the most elegant solution but the ties are so small you don't see them until you so close they poke you in the eye.

Went to the Audi/Renault Michelin Cup Dyno Day on Saturday at Dastek in Pretoria.
Vid of the run,

They hadn't strapped the car down too well so it started swaying badly after the run, needless to say my heart was in my throat. They decided to only do one run because of the issue, they said its because my camber wasn't right or something. I think they just strapped the car like sh!t.
Dyno:

Managed the second highest figures of the day, 280wkw. Im glad to have finally gotten the car on a dyno and now know where she is at. Very healthy figures for the current setup. I am aiming for 330wkw and in region of 600Nm. Im hoping to get there with the current setup by adding WMI and then going for a custom tuning solution.

Nice one! You could probably get a bit more before wmi tho. Buy I guess you're on rubbish fuel, maybe not.
I think your torque figure is being held back by the tcu software, especially since it sounds like they did a pull in a low gear, judging by how quick it revved up.
You're right, they suck at strapping a car down, they only have one at the back going straight back, you need two straps going to two tie down points either side, same at the front then it wouldn't move an inch.

Re: South African RS6 *First Dyno*
Thanks thanks.
Rubbish fuel is a guarantee, our 95octane supposedly.
See im not sure what software is on the ECU and TCU so I need to get that sorted out. The hardware is ready and waiting for some proper power. Torque I would like to keep low if at all possible to not abuse the auto box too much.
But seeing your power and torque in the signature ... "GET YA SOME OF THAT!"
Thanks for confirming my suspicion about their strapping technique.

I think the current opinion is that as long as you stay at or below around 800nm the box isn't much more likely to go than on a standard car, there was a big thread collecting info on here listing if your box had gone and if your car was mapped and there wasn't a correlation. Its worth getting the transmission oil and filter changed occasionally though. The 'sealed for life' thing is BS!

Car is due for cambelt so will do the whole bang shoot at once.
I need some 800Nm in my life, 600Nm is so 2014!
