Hi, Im assuming its a B7 you are after (2006 - 2007).
Bose was standard, no B&O.
The Black edition I don't believe there are any around apart from a White Edition one that sold a while ago. This is I think a real one http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthrea ... ck-Edition. These had body coloured seat backs, piano black trim and Alcantara covered steering wheel, gear knob and handbrake and titanium coloured alloys. I think you probably mean one with black optics i.e. one with the black grill and window surrounds.
No Alcantara on the B7 apart from a few had steering wheels, gear levers etc covered. There is a race cloth trim which had leather outer seats and fabric inner.
Sorry if you mean you were after a B8.

The one thing I forgot too mention, but you guessed right, I am after a B7.

That's pretty much the car I'm after, although by the sounds of it a black optics would do the trick as I'm not too keen on the body coloured seat backs and the plan is to give it a wrap like this:https://www.flickr.com/photos/autoprofi ... otostream/. I think the Alcantara on the flat bottom whee and gear knob and handbrake looks amazing, i wonder how it wears compared with the leather. I read that last night and thought you must have meant the B8!!

The Limited Editions are very rare anyway so you're unlikely to find one unless you are happy to wait a long time.

However, there was a group buy on here recently for recovering the steering wheel / gear knob / hand brake etc and they did an alcantara option. There is even a substitue steering wheel doing the rounds here for us to use while we have our original wheel recovered then pass the other wheel onto the next person. Looks the biz and very reasonably priced even without the group buy (which might still be running).

Mike that looks great, the recovered wheel, not the donor one. I'd be up for getting that done, did you swap the wheel, gearstick and hand brake yourself?

I'm in no hurry to buy the rs4, I'm going to wait for the right one. Although possibly not got the patientce to wait for the Limited Edition.
