Jack Barclay know their stuff and are genuine RS enthusiasts. They've talked of organising a meet there before. Mention it to Carl when you to collect the tyre maybe? (Think it was Chris that suggested it IIRC). Happy days in the price match too. :beerchug:

OK So Tyre fitted; with zero hassle - and what I would say is that if you find a price you think is the best - drop these guys a line and see if they are up for coming close to it.

Jack Barclays @ Wandsworth were just superb - and what an amazing looking garage - clean and HUGE!!!. Adam knows his stuff too big time. Close to my house this time; but I will drive to find the best dealers; e.g. Porsche Reading when I live in SW London.

As I arrived there was another RS4 Suzuka sat their with the guy talking to Adam and Carl.

Couldn't help me enough. So far so good - well done guys. Marc - also asked about the visit; they said they are up for that - but to refer back to Chris.

:biggrin3: All sorted audi quoted cheapest they could do was £215 but highlighting a stand in their own showroom stating they price match he kindly forced the price match and £174 was the end result. Happy Days

So .... Anyone else notice that all the nails and screws finding their way into Forum members tyres have been within the dastardly zone of 25mm from the edge of the tyre. Mine was.

So I'm looking for a theory ...

Aliens - don't think so
BMW M3 owners?
C63 owners ?

Just not happy ... :piss:

To me it's got something to do with the compound of the pzeros. I had a Q7 for 20 months and 3 times I had the same happen and on zeros. Just seems so Strange that it's happening to you guys and all on the same tyres. Mmmmmm???? :boohoo: :biggrin2:

Yeh, it seems to be an accepted truism that pzeros are crap on Audi's.

But, my nail (well, actually a screw) was on a Toyo ... Still factory issue, on my standard 19" rims.

So, I'm back to some sort of conspiracy theory ... :bigblink:

So yet again another puncture. This time it's my C7. I'm on continental silent tyres and look out for my new thread cause I'll be doing a write up on how the tyre weld kit that Audi supply is not fit for purpose on these tyres due to a rubber/ foam bead inside the tyre. At present waiting for response from Audi about how they can supply something not fit for its use. :audibash: :audibash:
