Always rather sceptical of anything other than main dealer warranties, but a car I am considering buying "comes with a warranty" so it would potentially be silly to pay for another warranty. I have enquired and the renewal premium for the second (and final) year is £595. I understand this is considerably cheaper than the Audi warranty, but is it any good at all I wonder? There seem to be a number of exclusions. They also mention a claim limit, but I have been informed my limit will be £29k (the value of the car).
What do we think?

Third party warranty
Re: Third party warranty
I had a quick look. I wouldn't pay for that. if you are they 1st Make sure they cover diagnostic costs and also what is the labour rate they will go up to. It doesn't seem to cover things like sat nav, burned valves and damage caused by non covered parts if I read correctly. prob better of with warrantywise...IMO...there is nothing like the main dealer option..
