Xenon headlamp adjustment

My right-hand headlamp has a pretty low pattern and is clearly in need of a minor tweak upwards. Is it as easy as turning a screw as on halogen's, or is it more complex due to the self-levelling mechanism..... Thanks for any useful advice, G

It might help if you tells us what car you have?
