I received new carbon mirrors from Carbon Works in Berlin yesterday, excellent finish. Will fit over weekend and post up a thread.

Yes. They order them in and then skin them. Worth the wait!

Any particular reason you went with them rather than Neidfaktor or MTM? I think they both do the same sort of thing.

Is that some kind of hydro dip? What happens when they chip, does it peel?

Sorry to ask but generally whats the cost of the 3 and which to go for most likely similar ?.

I think that all three take OEM A6 mirrors and do their carbon goodness on top so all should be the same, theoretically. Almo's look amazing, mcma1 has a pair of MTM ones (viewtopic.php?f=76&t=111763&start=0) so it really does look like you pays your money and you takes your choice.

Carbon Works were the best price and like others they lay carbon on top of oem but the look and feel proper quality. Pulled mirror and screws tonight but can't figure out yet exactly how to take current ones apart. I'll figure it out over weekend hopefully....
