Big day alert!!! Nastro you've waited more patiently than miatang and i, we've got great cars - i'm soo looking forwards to seeing yours.

The great thing about the b8 is the fact that you could spec a car that is very personal to you, some awesome b8's

I'm 300 miles away from mine, and missing it!!! These are superb cars

Thanks for all your kind comments, what i love:

Interior, but seats want me to lose weight!!! Super comfy, and for me super beautiful

Adaptive cruise, something else - very clever (much better than the rrs i had it on last)

The "you're toooo close" red light, reminds you to not be an arse

The panoramic roof just rocks

My 6 year old thinks it sounds like a sports car

The engine and gearbox combo is unbelievable - that's what makes it all work - gearbox is super clever, allows the torque to not matter. Bhp and revs are king

The steering wheel is stunning

I love my wheels

How do i keep it clean? Doesn't matter the dirty black looks evil and even more understated.

Things i wouldn't worry about having:

Lane assist, freaks me out - funny for a while, daft for longer.

Advanced key - i put the key in the std a4 slot where a press starts it anyway

Mines done 700 amazing miles over the weekend, 3 tanks of fuel, ave 22.8, its ok.... Small car though guys!!!

I'll start a new thread with a few photos over the weekend.

On the whole, i love my car!!!!
Zero Drama

Cars coming up to 1000 miles soon and decided to give it a bit more gas.

Does anyone else find it really addictive taking the car to 8250rpm :biggrin3:

There's nothing quite like the sound of a V8 doing 8000+rpm :jump:

OH yeah, the excitement of going up the revs is only enhanced by the exhaust note coming back down :kissmyrings:
