Hitchin Audi - Good service

Post by Silverfox42 » Fri Apr 17, 2015 9:51 pm

RS4 in for a simple oil service.
Thumbs up for Hitchin Audi for how they dealt with me today:

Longevity of staff - a number of service staff (not sales!) have been there for 5-10 years and considering they see hundreds of people a year, they still remembered me.
Courtesy car - was given a brand new TT (230) for the day - 62 miles on the clock and a very digital experience. Not a poxy A1 TDi or budget.
Allowed to provide my own consumables - many won't do this.
2 of the service team made a point of complimenting the state of my car.

Checked brakes, DRC, engine mounts, Aux rads and lots of other potential black spots and all given a clean bill of health.

So, happy customer and IMO not worthy of being branded a stealer!

Yep - I migrated to Hitchin Audi last year and haven't looked back. Exceptional service - they stayed an hour late (service manager and 3 technicians) the last time I was in a few weeks ago to get a headlight bulb fitted before my Germany trip the next day.

And echo the above comments about bringing your own consumables. :)

Highly recommended!
