B7 RS4

Post by craigsound » Sat Apr 04, 2015 12:52 pm

Hello everyone,

New to the forum and new to Audi, have recently purchased a B7 RS4 and loving it. Great to find a forum dedicated to them, so thanks to the people who put the time, effort and money in.

Here's a couple of pictures.

Great pictures Craig, although it looks like the person in the second picture is off for a wee.

Your car is very similar lookng to mine bar the black rings. Then I noticed the little quattro badge in the front and carbon splitter and I recognise the car being for sale a short time ago. Are the pictures taken in the Yorkshire dales by any chance?

Hey Marc1 / Tile diver

haha she was off for a smoke, thankfully. The second picture was near Ambleside in the Lake District and the first is at the base of Snowdon in Wales.
I got the car off Mark at REVITUP and there was a Sticker on it for the forum so naturally thought to join. It's got some history to it to be fair.

Well it's had this done to it:

IT HAS COVERED ONLY 43K MILES WITH FULL SERVICE HISTORY, THE CAR HAS HAD A FULL ENGINE OVERHAUL AT 41K MILES COSTING THE PREVIOUS OWNER £9800, WITH ALL RECEIPTS TO PROVE

Servicing & Repairs
• 20th Apr 2007: LongLife service by Wimbledon Audi.
• 30th Oct 2008: LongLife service by Walton Audi (14,499 miles).
• 18th Mar 2010: LongLife service by Walton Audi (26,215 miles), included brake fluid and pollen filter.
• 28th Apr 2010: Oil change service by Basingstoke Audi, I imagine this was done prior to re-sale.
• Jun 2010: DRC checked by Basingstoke. Both front shock absorbers replaced, valve and pump confirmed OK.
• 12th May 2011: Oil change and inspection service by Reading Audi (30,781 miles).
• 19th Jun 2013: LongLife service by Walton Audi (36,044 miles).
• 9th Jun 2014: LongLife service by JKM Motor Services http://www.jkm.org.uk/ (41,107 miles). Pipercross air filter fitted in standard air box.

Could be seen as good I guess. Had some niggle that it's going back to the garage for so hopefully they will be ironed out.
