As most have said - above about 150mph it's size of biker testicles that dictates what happens really. A b7 RS4 should have a 600 or a 750 carb'd bake up top, but litre bikes are another contest. My last bike was a K1 GSXR 750 and it felt insanely fast at the time - but what it can't do is sit at 160mph with one hand on the wheel (bars) sipping a bottle of drink whilst wondering if you need to adjust your heated seat down a bit because you're quite warm enough... ;)

Modified C6 RS6 though would leave most standard bikes for dead pretty much anywhere imo.
Believe only the man who has nothing to gain from what he says.

I can't imagine the adrenaline you must get when your hitting speeds like that on a superbike, but as most of you guys have said its about how big the drivers testis are. When your doing over 150mph on one of those it must feel like a lot more, it makes sense the driver would back off a bit, still that C63 looks bloody fast! Superbikes vs fast cars is always an interesting one. At the end of the day though Its nice to be able to do 150+ in comfort while listening to Bob Marley on my Bose premium sound system :biggrin3:

Presumably because of the number of times the bikes would need to stop for fuel? :D

117miles. You'd need to chose the right bike for it then... My cbr6 wouldn't make that at those speeds without needing a drink...
996 C4S, B8 RS4, CBR600RR & a little ZXR400

One stop. Clackets probably. A coffee too. I'd pull in any time you lost whilst waiting in your holding pattern at anyone of the temporary car parks that is Heathrow... I could elbow your wing mirror as filtered too :biggrin3:

Either one would do...

R1 would never make it in one trip - best I get out of one tank is 110 and that's being sensible...
