Twin Pipe Exhaust

Post by Joules » Wed Mar 19, 2003 6:48 pm

Hi all,

I want to get an idea of interest in a twin pipe exhaust similar to the UCC item. Check the attached file.

From a commercial standpoint it would retail at about £550 and possibly less for a group buy.

I will be using my car as a test base in STD providing there is sufficient interest.

So ideas and comments welcome.

I guess I'd be interested but power is more important than looks for me. It would need to be at least as good (breathing wise) as a Miltek etc although I do agree it looks nice. Is this for S4/RS4 or both?

The power should be good as twin 65mm pipes will be used. Sound is better too...

Regards figures ..I will have to do some comparison R&R's if I go ahead with the project. To be honest it is likely I will but I am still trying to squeeze in twin twin outlets??

Not sure if it will fit RS4 ...what is the difference between S & RS. A simple adaptor shouldn't be a problem.

Milltek already do a dual exhaust for the S4. It's about £600 I think. The RS4 dual exhaust is bigger and won't fit on an S4.

Joules

I'd be interested in a single dual pipe system (like the UUC).....The twin dual is a bit Max Power

Jeff,

If I'm honest I might have to give up my twin twin idea and copy the UCC. I'll keep you posted.

This is true Rob, BUT it is a twin box system....
