Miltek exhaust option

Post by Midlife » Mon Jan 19, 2015 11:19 am

folks can you please confirm

I have the sports exhaust on my car and it is a nice sound but I want a bit more noise all of the time so can you please tell me if I fit the non resonated cat back system that I will get the noise I desire and that I won't have any issues with lights coming on

thanks in advance

Yes, that's correct bud. It only if you move on up the system you need a map. Are you going for one??

What about Akrapovic for RS6 C7 or Capristo? It sounds really nice and you can open/close flaps in MMI.

Kind Regards

Miltek build them so they open and close as per the Audi system.

I can't understand why you would need another remote or access the MMI, when all you need to do is have the car set in individual or sport and pull the gear lever back and the sound is awesome.

Don't get me wrong, I have seen plenty of R8 cars with either of the above, but the cost is outrageous and for me its a no brainer, the change I would get with a Miltek will give me more time in the car doing things that it was made for.

They all sound good, but for me it is the Miltek, MRC filters and a little Mihnea magic!

Cheers

I agree with you ie the miltek and filters and the truth I can't justify the cost of the other two

How does the Milltek sound compared to the other two if you don't mind? I can't find any decent video online as good as the two posted by LittleDevil in the equivalent of Milltek if that makes sense.

Cheers.
