It made 421, so with winter tyre adjustment, would be about rightDoug_S2 wrote:winter tyres in my experience mean as much as 20ps less at the wheels.
Had been sitting around for a lot longer than rivs, so his hot engine vs my coldish engine might account for some of the difference Fun day, so thanks to Richard for organising

Haha, I'm not surprised after he said his m3 sounded like fart.R1RS4 wrote:Thanks guys had a great meet up today, good turn out considering the weather

I just loved his comment, the 6 turns up after dropping a granny off, lays down 730bhp with no fuss or drama and then disappears lol.
C6 is one hell of a weapon, some c63 amg estate learnt that on the way home lol

Couldn't run it due to the sensors, as soon as it detects slip it cuts out.

Great to meet you all today, there was some awesome cars on display. Andy your RS6 is something else! By far the quickest thing I've been in!
Think I'm gonna have to have a look into my car, the numbers were not good, may be time for a trip to MRC to get it back up to scratch.

Maybe a vac leak, I would change the MAF as that will no doubt help, can't see it's down to carbonThink I'm gonna have to have a look into my car, the numbers were not good, may be time for a trip to MRC to get it back up to scratch.

Did say the M3 DCT wouldn't run, but would give it a go
Not sure if MRC are any different?

Mrc can lock the rollers I believe, so it would run up ok there.

It may be a little of each Riv, I'm gonna borrow a gadget (boroscope?) to check mine for carbon.

I think your right Silas, I'll have to get it looked atRIV wrote:Maybe a vac leak, I would change the MAF as that will no doubt help, can't see it's down to carbonThink I'm gonna have to have a look into my car, the numbers were not good, may be time for a trip to MRC to get it back up to scratch.
