ADS individual setting using VCDS

Okay Ive been reading up on this hidden menu stuff where you can set an individual setting for ADS. However the problem is I have MMI low so cant activate a hidden menu.

it appears that you can still select the channels to set a default to the steering, engine etc i.e. codes 63-66.

Would I be right in saying that you could select the single setting for the codes to have an individual setting when the car is started and still have the functionality of the main ADS button if you wanted to have full comfort, auto or Dynamic mode?

Id like to set a default to all dynamic except the suspenion.
