Just been quoted £363 for my first oil and filter change. WTF!!

They charge .9 of an hours labour (£117) and £169 for the oil plus filter and butt plug is extra...sorry sump plug.

Is it me or is that taking the piss??

i paid £150ish for my service was quoted about the same as you,i supplied the oil that i got from ebay for £60 for 10 ltrs (castrol edge as used by audi) they supplied the filter i also told them no screen wash as i buy the audi wash by the case and no top up in the boot at £19 a ltr thanks,that was done at local dealer didnt seem to be a prob once i spoke to the right person
