Audi parts systems

Hi, I'm new here, just wondering if audi allowed access to the parts system to browse for parts, do you need a username or is it difficult to set up

I'm used to the Citroen and Peugeot systems where you get access to the same database that the guy on the parts counter at the dealer has, so it is seachable by VIN for the exact parts you car needs, or you can look at any part from any car sold over the whole of europe for the past 20 years, handy for looking up odd ball bits from cars that were never sold in UK, or working out alternative parts that may fit, or looking through all the recalls or revised parts

There is usually a few places that host it would on the net, so if this one doesn't work then search for etka.

Thanks for the link, I had seen the ETKA but that seemed quite secure, couldn't find way to create an account
