£5,416.67 pre VAT = £6,500 dealer discount
£3,000 Audi Deposit Contribution

Total: £9,500

4.9% APR on a PCP. I wanted a HP deal to own the car outright, so the dealer has ramped up the yearly mileage on a PCP to 29,000 per annum, leaving a very small balloon of just under £3,000

Push the dealers, have two playing each other off and maximise your achievable discount. Good luck.

p.s. Love the Merlin car, looks brilliant!
Would you be so kind as to pm me what dealer that was as all I have been offered is the standard 6k Image

according to the brochure you can't go black paint and black gloss option, if you want black/black, you'd have to go carbon pack or fit after delivery.... no idea why tho.

It's ridiculous. I wanted Panther Black and black optics and couldn't believe it when the brochure said no. Just going to have to do it post-purchase. Actually, it's fine as I prefer the grille without the big "quattro" insert in the bottom, anyway.

+1 - not a fan of the lettering.

I was very tempted to black/black too as i'm liking the look of this:

Think it looks better without the black wheels as well.

The merlin purple is sure a marmite colour and is very tricky as looks awesome in that pic etc but i know wayne who owns the car. And seen it a few times at shows etc and unless its beaming sun and a filter added to the pic its a dull purple and not very appealing at all so dont be tricked parmd haha. Make sure your 100% before you take the plunge. Its bascially what i like to think of as the purple version of estoril blue

Based on the discounts quoted here, my dealer certainly hasn't tried hard enough. Total £5700 ish before vat... (including Audi deposit contribution of £3k)

A little way short of what others seem to have. May require a call....

I've said merlin purple but in leaning towards Panther black but without the black optics I'm not too sure. Now the Sepang blue is nice!! But black looks mean and brutal

black optics can be done via wrap etc not sure how good but can be done. Now sepang looks good in all combos tbh better with carbon and gloss black but looks very nice in mat alu also and all wheels suit it. But theres something about a black car some may say its boring etc but you know what i mean
