Another Kings Lynn car, those guys are by far the best audi dealership I've dealt with. When AUK couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery, they do their best.

Out of interest, did they give you a bedding in process or any care instructions for your ceramics ?
To be honest, I was expecting something written (not sure why), but all I got was loose instructions from the sales guy to brake from 70-40 a few times to bed them in and then use them hard occasionally to stop them glazing over
That, and not to use car cleaning products on them when they're hot as it bakes onto the surface

Got none of that just that they might squeal, so i have no idea! Will have to stay away from those £5 car washes from now on
Have never used any kind of wheel cleaner just AG car shampoo on my alloys, hopefully there will be less brake dust anyway.

Cheers Dave, did actually think about your plate but for the life of it couldn't remember what it was,
as the added expense has now gone on the ceramics I'm going to stick with my old RS04 plate but thanks anyway.
