PhilT, Paul - see you at the boat!

Phil - there's a good chance Glenn will have a VCDS+laptop with him so don't sweat it if you have enough to carry already. I'm not actually sure how to do the headlights.

I'm taking a the long way back ring to Spa via Brussels in the dark, hence my query about the headlight change. Anyone handy with a VCDS or is it not worth bothering about?

I will have VCDS, will ask my friendly Audi Tech if he knows how it's done for you.

Dropped my car off for a full detail just outside Rotherham & with a welcome coffee in hand I awaited the arrival of our Leader to pick me up. Quick blast back to his in the GT-R where he then decided to crash into his own garage, damaging (curbing) the front nearside wheel, fooking up the garage door frame & slicing his tyre down to the canvass.

It took me quite some time to stop laughing, but eventually i did & this then forced his hand to swap his wheels over to the track set which are shod in 888's (weather is looking good for Spa so probably a blessing in disguise). This then also lead to a brake pad change so spent most of my afternoon watching (note my lack of help) Phil swapping wheels & pads. This in itself was comical as he spotted an obvious mistake from when he changed his discs over a few weeks ago, but i'll allow him to spill the beans on that scenario.

Probably best we head off to the pub now so he can;t cause any further damage. Looking forward t setting off tomorrow in one very shiny F10 M5 & one track ready GT-R.

Safe travels gents (& Louise) & see you at Nordschleife around lunchtime on Sunday.

Looking forward to meeting up on Sunday guys. :beerchug: Safe Journey and FFS Phil don't damage the Datsun any further :bigblink:

That would be great.

I've just found PetrolDave's link to the right page on the RossTech Wiki - he has the same AFS Xenons (the directional beam ones) so I'll bring a copy. It's linked in this post viewtopic.php?f=39&t=101716#p575382 It'll be the right one, the trick will be in the execution :bash: :D

Arrived safe and sound at the Rad, time for a beer me thinks.

Not everyone arrived in the same condition they left home this morning.

I will leave it up to others to tell their stories.

At the Pistenclause now. Had a great drive down, x3 V10 R8s and a UR Quattro

Needed a sick bag when we passed a GTR with pink wheels on the M20 en route to tunnel!
