I filled up with momentum the other day as couldn't find a Shell garage....Its nearly gone so Vbastard will be put in later.

I see a Shell garage near where I'm meeting Steve (458 Italia) as he & his good lady Mel are down tonight so a top up will be done prior to the road trip commencing

Paul I know your a veteran of this trip so I'm guessing there's a fuel and food stop en Route to spa?

It's normally petrol or bathroom needs that determine when are where we stop. The lotus has only got a small tank much like mine.

Im coming down M20 an heading to Mercure Hythe Imperial Hotel & Spa to meet Steve & Mellissa (458 Italia) for brekkie, then heading to the Tunnel and meeting you guys in the car park. be there around 9. How many cars in our convoy Paul?

Today has been an interesting day.

Dropped my car off for a full detail just outside Rotherham & with a welcome coffee in hand I awaited the arrival of our Leader to pick me up. Quick blast back to his in the GT-R where he then decided to crash into his own garage, damaging (curbing) the front nearside wheel, fooking up the garage door frame & slicing his tyre down to the canvass.

It took me quite some time to stop laughing, but eventually i did & this then forced his hand to swap his wheels over to the track set which are shod in 888's (weather is looking good for Spa so probably a blessing in disguise). This then also lead to a brake pad change so spent most of my afternoon watching (note my lack of help) Phil swapping wheels & pads. This in itself was comical as he spotted an obvious mistake from when he changed his discs over a few weeks ago, but i'll allow him to spill the beans on that scenario.

Probably best we head off to the pub now so he can;t cause any further damage. Looking forward t setting off tomorrow in one very shiny F10 M5 & one track ready GT-R.
