Have they actually spoken to AUK? What the system says and reality is apparently not necessarily the same!

My major concern based on what you are all experiencing.

I am with you if they cant advise anything I will be going elsewhere!

As you say does this status 20 actually mean anything.

I was hoping after Audi had to airfreight my wives S5 Cabrio to HK, this would be the last of this kind of pissing about.

This is trashing their premium brand aspirations.

Hi new to this forum this is my first post. I've recently ordered an rs6 through m25 audi.
I ordered the following spec.
KO Estoril blue paint
UB/QI Black leather seats.
5MB Carbon inlays
PQR 21" titanium alloys
OP6 Sports exhaust
6SJ. Reversible luggage mat
4KF. Privacy glass
PX2 All LED headlights
PCN. Adaptive cruise control pre sense plus
PGB. Hands free boot opening and advanced key.
4X4. Rear side airbags.
Spoke to the dealer today and they said that audi had halted new orders for A6 and rs6's. They said it was because a new face lift was due for release. I told the dealer that I wanted to get the current model rs6 if possible. He said that audi were looking to extend the build slots for the uk to cover some of the outstanding orders and would know in the next few weeks.
To me it seems a bit of a farce that without warning audi have decided to stop production. Personally I like the current model and it's looks so I'm hoping that a miracle will happen and I will be able to get a build slot. Fingers crossed.

Unless there is a major miracle I'd say no chance. They can't satisfy orders made 1Q this year, new orders have no chance. I've been told it's likely to be a facelift car I receive, if I get that far.

Estoril was dropped months ago across all models so your dealer is clearly asleep/clueless.

I'm not holding out any hope of getting a slot.

I did think that Estoril had been dropped but as the dealer seemed to accept it as an option I thought I'll just go with it.
I suppose if they had no intention of getting a build slot then it would never have become an issue.

Realistically I know I'm not going to get a slot until the new facelift is announced. I'm just hoping that the changes aren't to dramatic and that audi can sort themselves out and get back to something like a reasonable build time from order to delivery.

I'm starting to get nervous mine may also be canned, contrary to what the dealer is telling me..... Mine is due to be built next week.

Placed the order around a month and a half ago. I didn't receive a build start date so looks like I've missed the boat for the current model. I'm in no rush so I don't mind waiting for the face lift to be announced and then getting a build slot.

My only concern was that the changes would be quite dramatic. But from some of the pictures on various sites of the covered up test cars, from what you can make out they don't look to have changed to much. We'll never know until,they release the spec.

Only thing you can do is get onto the dealer you placed the order with and see what they say.

What the actual heck ?!!. Beyond a joke this just takes it they're going to give us facelifts if that's the case I don't want one. Prefer the current not so much that how sneakily they're doing it if true and trying to keep the orders Etc i love the RS6 the best and by far the best car I think I'm going to have to go down the AMG route new m6 order now 6 week turnaround not saying they're as good but ?? Why, been patient but delears taking the piss and playing me along with the Audi UK if that's who's giving info.

Also my dealer said my car will be ordered and send the order off to the Germans in next day or 2 can't see that happening.
