I'll be doing all my own servicing/maintenance on mine. The cars 8 years old and just under 80k. If I do come to sell it, by that time it will be 100k plus and almost 10 year sold! So full history isn't really going to gain me much! Plus I don't really think I'll ever sell, dream car and all that!! :D

I can understand on lower milage cars but anything high milage, what does it really matter?

Well said! +1

I suppose its only really a selling point FASH. I have the same attitude as you, I plan on keeping my car and as long as I put in the right stuff and get it serviced when its due the stamp isn't really going to make much of a difference to a 10yo motor. I suppose if its full audi folk will think its been well maintained etc as like M3's come when the RS4's reach 10yo there'll be a lot of bad ones out there

My local audi are rubbish too, so I use an indi who really know their stuff when it comes to audis and bmws.

I did want the audi stamp but its not worth it if the car isnt getting the service it deserves.

I took the Mrs A4 Cab to Tamworth Audi today. Bought a service plan for £299 which covers x1 interim and x1 major service. Can't argue with that!
Cracking value - would love something like that on our 2.0 TDi

Superb, may look into this. Did the major service include the brake fluid service?

No it doesn't include that or pollen filters.

BFS £59 at Audi which is a bargain.

Pollen Filter costs a few quid from the parts dept and can be done yourself.

Bingo

Most service plans are useless for people who want a yearly service regardless of the mileage. However this plan has no time constrain in the small print.
