You can get free credit reports from noddle.co.uk which may help pin point any issues that you are currently unaware of (think noddle is the commercial name for call credit who are used for credit checking, as per Experian)

I had never heard of that Noddle site above before. Just signed up as I have never checkd my credit report, it is very comprehensive.

If you havent had a look at your own credit report M1R XE, then it may be worth trying that noddle.co.uk site and having a look to see what may be causing any issue. If there is any incorrect information on there you can add a note to correct it I believe. May be a quicker route to fix the issue?

Thanks for the call today, I wasn't 100% as have been away for most of this month, but can confirm the RS 6 is now closed for order take (just double-check with your specific dealer), the reasons given are 'high demand', on the A6 range in general.

I don't want to guess or speculate on your specifics as I'm not privy to them, however, as Graeme correctly points out, you should be informed if your finance is rejected and the database (experian etc..) used to check it, however, the dealer themselves won't be given the reason(s) for rejection from VWFS, this is due to data protection.

Sometimes VWFS will ask for more proofs, or clarification, that's the only message the dealer will see, a straight rejection is usually bad news.

Hit me up anytime.

So if this is true find out tommorow BYE BYE C6 V10 AND C7 thanks very much tyneside audi was a pleasure. . And not a problem thank you Amar for the advice and help sorry to disturb you at work tried to stay local and try tyneside but no it backfired if it was lincoln this would have been resolved a long time ago. Good things come to those who wait well not in my case sorry to keep whining on the forum my last post. To those who have got them enjoy and those waiting enjoy the beasts. Bye

I wouldn't necessarily take that to mean they didn't place the order. I'm no expert but believe the ordering of the car by the dealer and the finance side of things are separate items. I was offered a brand new range rover vogue that had landed at the dealers but the finance had failed for the customer, so it was available with immediate effect.

However that was a car for which the market was very strong, they would have no problem shifting that car, and did so within the week. I would check with your dealer asap if the car has been ordered so you know whether to bother trying to fix the credit issue.

I believe they have to propose you for finance and see that accepted before placing the order.

But the second time was going to be ordered was when I went in and then later got a call finance there seems to be a problem. So only gonna find out 1 way tomorrow fingers crossed guys even if they don't give me finance my bank will already spoke to them but preferred audis deal contribution , etc. And yes your right orders are now closed.

I hope thats not the case doodlebug but doesn't sound out of place. But then why were they going to order the car week or so before the finance was sorted.

That's odd. Got to have some control otherwise they'd be ordering cars for every tyre kicker that walked in!
