FYI Ref- The comment on the front grille, information taken from original Audi RS4 Brochure (Cost Options)

Audi exclusive
In a car made from Vorsprung durch Technik, exclusivity comes as standard. In the Audi RS 4 range it’s present in everything, from the distinctive single-frame front grille to the stylish tail lights. But for that extra element of exclusivity, customise your Audi according to your own unique taste with options from Audi exclusive. Whether you want fine Valcona leather seats in a choice of 27 colours or even a customised steering wheel in your RS 4, Audi exclusive offers an impressive number of options to make it your own.!!!!!!!!!!

Hope this helps with your curiosity.

Best Regards
Graham

The front painted grille is not wrapped, its all original it was a cost option painted white in the Audi Exclusive Range.
I posted a copy pasted quote from the RS4 options list (Exclusive)
