Space saver spare for C5RS6

Hi, I'm hoping to carry a space saver spare in my RS6 for a trip to France, I haven't used a tyre repair aerosol before and don't really like relying on one! Can anyone help with a vehicle whose space saver has the same offset, PCD etc?

Or should I just stop stressing and enjoy the trip?

Sounds a lot of hassle. The spacesaver won't fit over your front brakes, so if you get a front puncture you've a lot of swapping to do.

I'd just make sure your tyre mobility system glue is in date and ale sure you've got european roadside assistance and after that stop worrying! The chances of getting a puncture must be very low.
