Exploding Coke Can!

Heading home from work tonight and suddenly noticed this!

Was pretty warm in Aberdeen today but where I work in Altens is a bit cooler. Still never expected this could happen! Car was facing south so in direct sunlight onto windscreen and as the can was in the holder, must have received more heat than if anywhere else. Luckily only about a quarter of the contents have been ejected and hopefully will clean up OK. Wont be leaving a full can there again!!

I had the same happen once. I was driving through Death Valley in a Mustang with the top down and the can was in the back seat. Went off like a shotgun!!
