Howdy Rich, enjoying the drive? I noticed the occasional horse hair on the back of the car, don't know if it's anything to do with it but that system is still virtually split new! might be because ur trying to reach 9000 on the rev counter!!! lol

Glad your enjoying it mate, talk soon!

Aye that's not right. Take it back if it keeps spitting them out. In theory the exhaust should get louder if you loose too much!! What's the gaurantee with a milltek?

I didn't know what it was at first, and didn't think it was a huge issue! It was purchased from Kim QST, I suppose if it keeps doing it give him a call and tell him I was the guy that purchased it (he will remember me) but I only noticed a little bit of fibre on the rear bumper and didn't think it was a problem.

How much is it spitting out Rich?

Mine did it for a while when new, the journey from bicester to Bath had most of what was going to come out, on the back of the car when I got home......... having done 600 miles over the weekend in the car, all that is on the back of it now is mud............

Yip, got to remember, I haven't done a load of miles since the system has been on! I would give maybe another few hundred miles and then review the situation!!!

Will do stevo it was a long run to get home so wasnt too concerned but it was the same a day later after a wash and polish its enough to catch your eye, theres a line of it where the wiper sweep finishes im concerned something is coming adrift inside the ecxaust to let the wadding out but maybe its normal as simple 1 had it for a while, i will keep an eye on it eh

If it keeps doing it after some time then get it replaced. They can take a few hundrfed miles to settle down but if its ongoing then it will need looking at. Milltek offer lifetime warranty so you shouldn't have any issues.
