Mapped C6 WOW !!!!

Post by skirs6 » Fri Jun 20, 2014 10:47 pm

Had a go in a mapped C6 today with ceramics and lowered. What can I say apart from F##K me the difference is massive, I thought mine was quick but the MTM car was phenomenal. Unfortunately not cheap food for thought

Hi Vangelis, :bigwave:

fit the ceramic fronts if budget allows or install the 405mm front steels.
Then you can :)

The RS6 is not that fast ''off-the-line'', but its does move rather rapid once it gets rolling :D ESP off, indeed.

2200kgs and a torque converter does slow things down a bit............................

With a different gearbox I guess things would be a different story :drink:

Wow! That's quick! probably faster than a manual too!

on a side note...
and Being just a lowly C5 owner.....

Is it my imagination, or doe the "RS6" lamp just below the rev counter needlt keep coming on or off?
Or is it a trick of the light?

Do you think some additional magic has been programmed to make it launch like that? It can rev and hold at 3000rpm ish before it goes. In mine as the other thread running suggests it's ESP off, sport mode, mash pedal and wait for the turbos?
