Question about keys

I took the plunge and traded in my C6 for an almost new C7. All in all a huge improvement but as the car is still being run in I have not yet experimented with all the performance on offer.

I have two questions:

1) The car was specced with the round, heated steering wheel. I have asked Audi if they can swop it for an original but they have said no. Does anyone know who might be able to do this?

2) On the MMI under 'keys' it say that 3 keys have been initialised. I have two remote fobs plus the plastic emergency key. Is this right or is there another key floating around somewhere? Could owners check their MMI to see what theirs say.

I think on every Audi I have had it says 3 keys. So I'd always assumed it was the plastic emergency key or the master key code that Audi have and classify as a 'key'

It says 2 only on my 6.

Just checked mine, it's says three keys and I've only got two plus emergency spare.
