It is awesome and even at that price I take a financial bath. But whilst head says keep RS4 heart says buy Aston Martin.....

That's a big change.

Have you had a look at Astons? For me a lot of style but not a lot of substance. Engine tie up with AMG might change that...but nav out of a volvo. Errr.

£69k list, less 15% discount less VAT......less 8 months depreciation ....

A 15% discount would have been lovely, I think I got nearer 9%..... Ordered in April 2013, delivered Sept 2013.

The Aston and the RS4 are totally different beasts, one a GT, one a ballistic point to point vehicle.

In the end I drive my RS4 at 95% maybe once every 2 months, the rest of the time it is on the motorway.

But the RS4 is still an awesome car and if I don't sell the RS4 for a decent amount then I will just keep it for 2 more years, it still makes me smile every time I drive it.

Buying a new car fully loaded and keeping it for 9 months is always going to be financially painful (and pretty stupid frankly!).

I think with Astons you either get it or you don't. I have always wanted one. Very different from the Audi for sure.

Can't decide if all this Aston bashing is good for my RS4 sale or not? Any publicity is good publicity, maybe.

Cost over £3,000 for the set. Unmarked currently in Audi bags at the stealer. 3,500 miles on them I reckon.

My mate bought a 4.7 vantage and tbh I think it's awful.

It's a nice looking car, if that's your thing, drives awful, no tech......

£60k for a 4 year old car....he should have got an R8!
