Means do not permit Datsun to pass :bigblink:

I must read up on track day flags again

Very much looking forward to it - now only if I could find 20k for one of those new RS4 APR superchargers, I think it may be you Mr PhilT seeing that flag :bigblink:

I'm in! Just signed up for Monday at Spa and Sun/Mon nights at the Radisson.

Has anyone had lessons organised through Circuit Days? What would you recommend for a first timer? The only experience I have is on a track called 'Northumberland'. Some experience night time racing :)

Mate - I had only done Brands Indy before I went to spa [for the record Brands Indy is <beep> in a RS4] - thing is the guys who organise it are well aware of everyone's skills and the majority of people accept the differing standards and everyone is chilled so you can go as quick or as slow as you want.

Just so you can gauge the circuit days guys, there was a <beep> :assflash: in a Porsche Cup car last year who ended up paying a 1000 EURO deposit to be let out again after he was driving like a <beep> - he got warned twice then was told he couldn't go out again unless he paid the deposit

Thats reassuring. Circuit Days sound like a good bunch. I'll definitely be getting an instructor.

I'm far too excited already :boots:

For those wanting an instructor I hired one for both days for £300 per day, speak to Chris at Circuit Days if you wanted one as it's much cheaper to have one and share than to have one for an hour or so.

Good tip Paul. I really should get my finger out and call them.

I don't think any of the rest of you need this, but here's a link to a 2006 post on trackdays (so I can find it again!). http://forum.rs246.com/viewtopic.php?t=56684. Thank you TarmacTerrorist wherever you are these days.
