RS4 - Kidlington (Oxford) Audi

Post by Gastro » Sat Jan 29, 2005 4:01 pm

Hi all - new to this BBS....
I'm thinking about chopping my Boxster S in for an RS4.
Seen two at Kidlington Audi (Oxford). One had an RS246.com sticker on the window. Anyone know either of these cars...?

One owner was called Kenny ! if that helps..

One with 45k miles the other 67k miles.
Anything I should stipulate before I part with any of the green stuff ?

Thanks,

Gastro

Have a good read. Both owners have been on here.

To elaborate a touch, S40RCE has not had an easy life :D (to put it mildly)

For £30k there are far better cars out there for the money. Eg Kcsuns Nogaro MTM car advertised on here.

Cheers

Buy privately and meet the owner. Its crazy to buy from a dealer tbh.

Not always... Remember not everyone is an expert, and some find it reassuring to know that there's someone at the end of the phone who they can have a go at if any problems need sorting. Heard of a guy recently that bought a B6 S4 privately, the seller forgot to tell him that he'd had it chipped up to the eyeballs badly and the thing blew to bits on the way home. Adios best part of 30 grand. That said, after discovering 246.com, I'd certainly start looking at members cars before dealers
RS4 B5. Where it all started.
RS6+ Never to be replaced.
Replaced by: 997 Turbo. Didn't like.
Replaced by RS6. I like(d).
Land Rover Defender. Not as nippy.
Back with C6 RS6
And again C7 RS6

Yes it is still for sale :) , Yes still 30k  , Yes I do drive a hard bargain :bash: , No I do not care that much if she does not sell :D Why? perhaps because I don't want to part with her really :kissmyrings: , there is NOTHING wrong with the car so there is no urgency to sell before the engine/gearbox falls out etc :nogarors4: , There is nothing out there at the moment that is saying "buy me buy me" to replace her with, just a few minor niggles with the French for driving on the WRONG side of the road :piss: :<beep>_you:

Off the soapbox now :boohoo:

If anyone is interested in a 45k one owner loved example please make contact
