After market warranty

When I bought the S4 I had a comprehensive warranty from the dealer through Auto Protect, now the first year is up I have a quote from them to continue with the warranty of £386 to cover the usual failure except the wear and tear items... anyone had dealings with Auto Protect as although I have had a warranty for the year I have not had reason to call them....
