Does anyone know where to get them? Was thinking of ordering an older generation RS4/RS6 dead pedal with metal cover as donor for our car's plastic dead pedal. Got the idea from http://www.audienthusiasts.com/ProjectRS4PedalSwap.html But upon inspecting my car I realize ours look much longer. Before I start ripping things out I thought I better consult some official documentation.

So it seems, (like with yourself), there's no practical Accessory or OEM solution to replacing plastic with RHD similar 'matching' Sport / Stainless Dead Pedal? Was curious if maybe in UK someone had perhaps found option / solution for this yet?
[I'm in JP but also RHD and missing a feature that even the same VAG 'Golf' GTI has, as I recall:-( ]
