Wife's 2013 A1 folding mirrors playing up

Any Audi techs on here? My wife's electric folding mirrors on her 2013 A1 have starting playing up - one of them insists on folding itself right into the door and bangs the into the door window every time they are folded. If I wind the window down it tries to do a 360! I checked it to see if its been knocked but could not see anything - I am wondering if someone has tried to force it. Before I take it back to the stealers - any advice lads?

That's hilarious! Thankfully under warranty, still a pain in the arse though
