I managed to register fine, but then when I get the screen which lists my products (Hire Purchase and service plan), I can "hover" over each one, and get a little hand (as if I can click on them for more detail), but when I click it does nothing. Tried on a couple of PCs and still nothing.

Surely the website gives you more detail than just listing the plans. It doesn't even tell me the amount!

I thought that maybe some anti-virus was stopping my getting in (eg. if when you click it opens a pop-up), but I've tried on a PC, a Chromebook, and at work, and always the same.

Is it just me?

Could it be that there system is at fault ? As you've tried several different computers
