Dont worry dave I still know how to skin a rabbit, It's been a while but as I remember, you start at the stomach, work round the thighs, then up the back and finish at the neck, it should pretty much all slip of then, If not you have done something wrong....

Well it just goes to prove the old saying there is more than one way to skin a cat or in our case a 'rabbit' is true, so I suppose it doesn't matter which way you go as long as you get to the juicy edible flesh underneath (with out tugging and pulling the skin to much as to bruise it of course)...
