If by pretty even you mean pulled away a car length or two from 0-100...i guess so.

PS that's not a tuned RS6...its making 200 hp over stock... So that's definitely not just a tune. Still got beat.

sakimano wrote: This car would obliterate a C6 RS6 from a dig, tuned or not. People love to pretend the C6 is a monster but they always seem to forget it weighs an extra 500 lbs and has a sluggish transmission. The C6 is great at racing above 120 mph...in other words at speeds nobody cares about. Everywhere else this RS4 would have the C6 filleted.
Aussie John in a C6 ran a 11.43 secs with a terminal of 125.8 mph (730HP).

Amar's tuned C6 at the 'Pod ran:
0-60 FT = 1.944
Reaction Time = 0.85735
1/4 Mile = 11.73305
Speed = 124.58MPH

I've got the sameish power (778HP) as Amar, less torque (867Nm) and a 6MT. I followed a TTS/MRC B7 at Castle Combe, I started out stuffing it into every corner thinking I'd get dropped, I wasn't dropped and I was very surprised that it wasn't too difficult to keep up, also, once on the straights I had to lift. These were all at speeds that "nobody cares about" (except the lifting on the straight). The B7 pulled off after three laps. If there was an advantage to the B7's cornering agility it would take a longer technical track to expose it. I'd hardly call that being filleted. By the way... I drive a C5.

It's all time over distance but one man's 0.3 of a second is another man's Filet-O-Fish... I guess it's all relative. Later in the day I got "filteted" by a well setup Skoda diesel track car, I could just about reel it in after a clear run down the straight but he made me look like a fat bloated American in the corners. It must've been hilarious watching me get smaller in his rear vision mirror.

Surely he couldn't see you due to the coal fog being emitted from his eggsaucest.

Diesel is evil the end.

Saki doesn't appear to have factored in the horses which seemingly escape from the B7. How long is a B7 considered new for? 200 miles? C6 will make that power all day every day, it won't have to come off its coke habit.

You can also get more hos in a C6.

Really tempting, there's the jhm one that must be in excess 700hp. I'll wait till they've done all the testing and officially release a product line then do it
