Auto folding mirrors on locking and unlocking car

Post by ozmikeuk » Sat Feb 01, 2014 12:08 am

Hi all

I've done a search to see whether there is a way to programme the side mirrors to fold when locking and unlocking my car. The only threads seem to relate to some relay mods on the c5. Am I being stupid and just missing a setting on my mmi or is there another solution? Car is a c6 rs6. Thanks

Nope, have to operate the switch, there's no automated function.

No MMI function but easy to knock up a timed relay for pennies.

I think that's how people have done it with the c5's. Unfortunately I have no electronics/electrical skill whatsoever
