And another thing....
My satnav+ (latest dvd version) doesnt recognise the M6 toll road. Given that it's been around well over a year now does this imply that the dvd disc I've been supplied with is an old one? The car was brand new less than a month ago.... I got horribly lost last week in the vicinity and the combination of the above problem and no map resulted in more than a little frustration!
Anyone else had this issue and is there any immediate resolution?

If you eject the disc it should say how old it is in the writing on it.gord wrote:does this imply that the dvd disc I've been supplied with is an old one?

well if it helps, my latest sat nav cd is terribly inaccurate at times - either that or my aerial isn't working properly. for example, travelling along the A303 reveals some interesting anomolies.
M3 CSL - Silver Grey, a few options.

Aha.... it says 'version 2004-0080' on it. Probably up to date as they come then?
RE: Re: Satnav+ and the M6 toll road
Disc in my merc and and Range Rover fail to recognise the M6 toll, and several other roads that have been around for a while, still tells me I am off road when I go under the A303 on the A350, and has on occaisions not recognised addresses, but will take me to it by postcode............strange or what? Both discs are 2004 versions
