Hi Guys

Just thought id share this post i saw on Wheeler dealers and get some thoughts on what you guys think.
Has any one tried this or know of anyone that has the equipment ??

Seems like a very quck and easy option to Carbon Clean ourengines

it been discussed before on the B7 forum turns out they can't do the FSI engine as one of the members found out

It's been done on a b7 one garage didn't have the tooling to do a members car the other did if I remember correctly. Possibly member name covkiller?

In short, it doesn't work on direct injection engines such as ours as the intake/valve area where the coming problem occurs is pre fuel, and the system injects a cleaning agent through the fuel system
The coking area is caused by a minute open valve overlap where the 'crap' gets back into inlet side
Good for cleaning fuel system, no use for carbon build up
