Will later vented rear brakes fit earlier smaller solid....?

Anyone know if this is a straight swap of calipers and discs, will everything else fit, what about handbrake & backplates?
Later model B5 S4 had bigger, vented discs on the rear, early model had smaller solid discs.

Should do, I know the RS4 parts are a straight swap onto the earlier S4.
