Total for two new discs comes to £338.17 (quidco is taken after the vat amount) - not bad considering the price of OEM!

Thanks for all the input chaps.

DS2500 pads for £136.36 or DS3000 for £158.83 on Motorsportworld.co.uk, that seems pretty good. Shop what do you think? Should i be snapping these up or going with OEM?

Ah ignore me! Its for 4 and you need to buy two like you said... sneaky so and so's!

I'm having some issues with 123spareparts.co.uk!

Following their recommendation on this site I placed an order on 2nd October 2013 for a full set of pads and discs for my 2003 RS6.

I duly received confirmation of order on 3rd october 2013.

On 6th October I received a request for payment for 1 set of brake pads which I had already completed the payment details for. I rang and queried this and was informed that the payment for this 1 item had been declined - Odd.

I checked my accounts and as no money had been taken and to expediate the order I paid for the pads via Paypal this time - on the same credit card as the original order.

A couple more days passed and i receive another request for payment for the pads. I rang the office again and they said they hadn't received payment so I sent a copy of my Paypal receipt!

This seemed to satisfy them.

on 16th October I received the invoice and order confirmation for the Front brake pads and the pads arrived shortly afterwards.

On 22nd October I had a notification of anticipated delivery stating probably next week.

No delivery! :-(

On the 31st I e-mailed a chase - no response.

Today I telephoned as I had found my order on their website but could do nothing with it. The lady I spoke to said my order was due for despatch last week and I should get it soon.

I'm getting concerned now.

Regards

Mark

Telephoned again today and they promised to chase up my order again.

This evening I got the message my parts have shipped. :biggrin3:

Now just have to wait for dpd to do their stuff.

regards

Mark

Yeah I've sent them a couple of messages now and got this today:

"listed in your order dated 04.11.2013 will be available probably the week after next should be available and will then be sent out immediately to you"

What do you mean probably!

That's totally crap. Plus they are still showing as available on their site.

You could get them from Ultimot.de who are pretty good, or I can give you an ebay Germany contact that I've used for Zimmies.

I've spoken to Ultimot before and they are very helpful. Friend of mine bought a lot of brake stuff from them and was very happy.

This vendor is very good: http://www.ebay.de/itm/Audi-RS6-Bremssc ... 58a26db01e

And I can't find the guy I usually buy from. I'll keep looking.

This is the guy I have bought from in the past. Very good, but you need to show you're a sincere buyer before he'll ship outside of Germany, IIRC.

http://www.ebay.de/itm/Audi-RS6-RS-6-Br ... 5ae235a08f

Don't know if he's listed any front drilled disks on there, but he can probably get them.

/edit: front and rears: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/310576382443? ... 26_rdc%3D1

Bit pricey, despite low shipping costs. Looks like Ultimot is your best bet.

Or call ECP and see what the stock situation is like.
