100% agree with that. It's an eye wateringly (over)expensive modification but the only way to get really serious performance out of an RS4. Can't properly comment on the cars value without seeing it in the flesh and driving it, but with the massive list of performance mods, the unique colour, and that gorgeous interior, for the money that's been spent on it I'd say the asking price is not far off.
Current;
Porsche 997.1 GT3RS. Pure Orange, ceramics, etc, Sharkwerks exhaust
BMW 2002 restomod; Turbo body kit, S14 M3 Evo engine and lots more
Audi Q3 Black edition Quattro

Previously enjoyed;
Ibis White B7 RS4 Avant : TTS Supercharged 615ps/614 nm
Subaru Impreza 22B
Noble M400
TVR 400SE
Lotus Sunbeam Avon

i'd be interested to know what sort of value people would put on a TTS supercharged rs4 without the one off work i.e standard interior, standard paint colour but lets say an immaculate example in every respect but stock bar the supercharger (and bits which go with that)

these hardly ever come up for sale (if at all in recent times)
Currently: C63 AMG 507 Edition Coupe - Polar white
Previously : 997 Turbo - Meteor Grey, Audi B7 RS4 Saloon - Phantom Black, Audi RS3 - Daytona Grey, Abarth 500, MK2 Ford Focus RS, LS3 VXR8, Monaro VXR, MK4 Golf R32, Leon Cupra R, MK1 Cliosport 172, MK3 Golf VR6 Highline

That's just rude. How am I possibly going to justify having 2 RS4s!?!?

TTS, Ceramics, custom paint, KW V3s... what more is there to do to an RS4?
2001 8L S3 - sold
2008 8P2 S3 - sold
2007 B7 RS4 - sold
2006 B7 RS4 (supercharged) - sold
2016 C7 RS6 - sold
2015 8V RS3 Stage 3 - sold
2017 Alfa Giulia Quadrifoglio
