Sold - to me - it looks so damned mean I couldnt resist it. Probably out of my mind but what the hell.
Thanks John for the tip-off - it's even the exact colours and spec i wanted to order but was told by two dealers they were all sold and no more available...
Can highly recommend Beechwood Halesowen as excellent people to deal with too.

Will do when I work out how to work my new digital camera! Havent got the car yet as having window tints and waiting for plate transfer. Also now not sure whether to wait for Jan reg - don't know whether it matters too much on this car though as I think the others must have all been delivered by now.

It is but it is always nicer to have a 2005 car rather than a 2004 even if it is only a week and why give the government a months road tax money for two weeks. I would wait.

I know you're right Ken but it's hard especially when you've bought is as a Christmas present to yourself...! On balance I'm probably going to wait though. The dealer doesnt seem to be bothered either (sold their targets for 2004 no doubt) and even though I'll be knocking another 1000 miles on the trade in RS6 over the next couple of weeks. I'm dropping down there in the next couple of days so will try and take a couple of photos. (maybe bring the Mitchell in to you while I'm at it JR?)

Surely that is no longer a problem. I took delivery of my RS6 on 20 May 2003 - the tax ran through to end of May 2004 (12.5 months - and the dealer didn't even charge me the extra two weeks!).

I'm no David Bailey and the car was stacked up in the dealer's compound but here goes. I'll go some better ones when i eventually get it home. Should look even meaner with the tints done!
