I wonder what it will sell for, given it's history ?

Thats certainly well specced out, with Sat Nav, Black Recaro's. 2000 Model but with new S4 badging! Very Nice Car!

Wonder who would steal a car and store it in a garage! Looks like its been missing for a couple of years!

Irrespective of stolen/recovered, she is beautiful car. If I was shopping, it would be on my list (and I am still tempted). The car is a long term buy so the stolen recovered bit does not really come into it...

Lovely looking car, but you will always be wondering what it got up to whilst missing. Could have done another 100k miles and been clocked - you'll never know.
You are buying on condition here, not history - I'd forget what the clock says.

Cheers

Ben

Its my car!! I bought it for just short of 15k which I think is an exceptionally good price for an X reg late car with the spec its got....I have to admit that the history was a concern and I made sure I did more checks than you can imagine possible prior to parting with my cash, but everything checked out perfectly, even the mileage...the wear on the seats, pedals, carpets, wheel, the service history, bills, etc, etc all tallies. Audi have also seen the car in the last week & backed up this view... although I didn't notice that the front pads and discs were on their way out...never mind!

Also a note to those people who would be worried about the history - this didnt show up at all on any HPI check- I did 2 separate ones (HPI & AA) just to make sure, so the fact that the owner was honest enough to mention it helped me purchase a great low mileage car and save about 3k in the process!! Also a bit of a concern as it shows that such histories can be hidden very easily.

I still look forward to the end of the day so I can get a chance to drive it again......until the next fuel stop!!!!!
