I wondered why this never caught on with the Audis. It seems to me to be the much healther option than most. But like John says it should be rigged to the ECU or somthing to tell the car its run out of water. I would seriously consider this if going down the mod path - eventually.

can been fitted same day. (couple of hours)

Anyone used Dialynx for work before?
Keith did all my work (fairly major stuff!) and I will not go anywhere else. I now travel 200mls for any work to be done.

Hi , i fitted a "HYDRO BLAST" system on a s3 several week's ago , He had been getting heat soak ! The system is from www.noswizard.com/ .I sell alot of there nos kits but this was the first water injection kit . The feed back was really good ,power loss was much less more so on a hot day ! After seeing how well it worked i will be fitting one on my s4 . grizz :D

I have also just fitted the 2d system in mine.
It has not given me any more peak power but I think that is more down to me running at the
limits of the K04's.
It has reduced IAT further, I can now regularly see 18C intake temps at WOT in 3/4th gear, logging
the CF in blocks 021/020 shows a reduction in the timing correction from 4.5~5.5 max pre WI to around 2.5
max very very occasionally, usually 0.0
The car also feels better on the road, seems to build tourque quicker and smoother probably
due to the ignition not being pulled back by the ECU.
Currently running on just water but I will be looking at adding some Methanol soon and will
then do some further logging and hopefully be able to advance the timing a bit further.

My other half runs a 330 D Sport Touring with a tuning box.....very impressive and pulls well from tickover, not sure of the exact figures but 250 bhp and 403lbft spring to mind, certainly in that ball park, and still does 45 mpg on long runs, less than 20 in town but usually because I am booting it off the lights
